Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order with World of Gifting is easy and convenient. Follow these simple steps:

- Select Your Items and Add to Cart.
- Personalize Your Gift: Curated gift boxes and build-your-own gift boxes can be personalized with a handwritten message by leaving us a note at check out.
- Review Your Order: Go to your cart to review your selections. Ensure all details are correct, including quantities and personalization options.
- Checkout: Click on the checkout button and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and billing information. You can also apply any discount codes or gift cards at this stage.

Shipping and Delivery
Q: What are your shipping and delivery options?
A: Standard processing times are 1-2 business days, with standard and expedited shipping options available at checkout. Bulk orders and customized gifts may require additional processing time. If you need your order on a specific date please email us at hello@worldofgifting.com immediately after placing your order online. We also offer a Concierge Hand Delivery Program in the North Metro ATL area.
Q: What happens if my gift is returned as undeliverable?
A: If your gift is returned as undeliverable, we will notify you by email and/or phone call, providing the reason for the return. The gift will be repackaged, and a fee of $10 plus the postage rate will be charged to reprocess the gift. An invoice will be emailed to you, and once paid, the gift will be reshipped. Payment is required within 5 business days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the gift will be considered unclaimed and become the property of World of Gifting.
Alcohol Delivery
Q: What are the guidelines for alcohol delivery?
A: Recipients must be 21 years or older to accept alcohol deliveries and must present a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
